The Fulbright Scholar Program 2027 is for Pakistani academics and professionals who already hold a PhD or terminal degree and want to lecture or do post-doctoral research in the United States. It is offered by the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) with the Higher Education Commission (HEC). The last date to apply is 28 October 2026. This is not the Fulbright Master’s/PhD degree scholarship for students.
Who can apply
- Pakistani citizens living and working in Pakistan at the time of applying.
- A PhD or terminal degree in the field.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- All disciplines are open except clinical medicine.
